Why do I choose fruits over sweets. Not necessarily because I decided to live a #HealthyLife. OK, because of that too. But the main reason I choose fruits over sweets is that I LOVE TO EAT. A LOT! Especially sweet things! And since getting and keeping in shape is my main goal right now, I obviously can’t eat A LOT of chocolate. So I have to compromise.
Fruits are sweet! Well, most of them. Some of them are actually extremely sweet. And unlike sweets, fruits are low in calories and fat. Which means that I can eat all I want and still keep my body in shape.
Almost all the fruits are good source of simple sugars, fiber, and vitamins. They are life-enhancing medicines packed with vitamins, minerals, anti-oxidants and many phyto-nutrients. They are an absolute feast to our sight, not just because of their color and flavor but for their unique nutrition-profile that help human body free from diseases and keep it healthy.
